It was incredible to Direct this spot for the chefs of Australia. 15 shoots in 10 days with 9 DP's. This was not an easy task. From David Nobay's first talk with Maurice Terzini to the script to going on air was a trajectory like no other. Bringing on my ex-chef Guillaume Brahimi made sense. He and Adam D'Sylva, gave us access to chefs as a fast track. Talking to the chefs, finding their availabilities, then getting a cinematographer to them was herculean with just 2 of us doing it. Thanks to David Nobay, Will Alexander, and Guillaume Brahimi. A team like no other.
It has been amazing working with Clemengers and Masterfoods on their Dinner Hack Hotline. Working daily to give live ideas from 3-7pm to use whats in your pantry, then realise the dish, make the recipe, cook and shoot and post has been amazing. in credibly lucky in these tricky times.
I have loved working remotely and feel my strengths in food all come together for this project.

so with the Corona virus ive had the release of a few food jobs delayed so here is a montage of what may be coming forward. this is a fresh food cut for projects for Mother in NYC and an educational piece for AFTRS (Australian Film and TV school) where i taught food cinematography this past year.
i am still shooting and hoping there are clients out there to collaborate with. food is what makes the world go round so lets keep the party going during these tough times.
